Book Update: The Web page begins

In the unlikely event that any of you are keeping an eye on the Infrared Astronomy Book page, then you will have seen that I’ve started adding material to it.

The idea is to allow people to access additional material that you can’t put into a book. In the case of the first update, I’ve added a link to a movie showing how stars move around the black hole at the centre of our own Milky Way galaxy. These motions were used to find that the mass of this black hole is 4 million solar masses.

More material will be added as things develop, so keep watch!
